Business Transfers: If WenGF is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

We do NOT sell or rent your personal information to advertisers or marketers.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and you're responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Conversation history is kept to maintain continuity and personalization. After account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it longer.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Access & Deletion: You can view your profile information in the app. You can request deletion of your data or delete your account entirely through app settings. Deletion is permanent.
Opt-Out: You can stop using the service anytime by deleting your account.
Do Not Track: We currently don't respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

8. Children's Privacy

WenGF is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover we've collected information from someone under 18, we'll delete it immediately.

9. International Users

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using WenGF, you consent to such transfers. We take steps to ensure your data receives adequate protection regardless of where it's processed.
