1. Agreement to Terms

By using WenGF, you agree to these Terms of Service. WenGF is an entertainment app where you interact with AI-powered virtual companions. These are not real people—they are artificial intelligence systems.

2. Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use WenGF. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal right to agree to these terms.

3. How the Service Works

WenGF allows you to create a profile, upload photos, swipe through AI companion profiles, and chat with AI girlfriends. You pay 0.01 Worldcoin (WLD) per message exchange. New users get 10 free messages. Message packs (100 messages for 1 WLD) never expire.

4. Your Account & Profile

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account security. When uploading photos or profile information, you agree that: (a) you own the rights to any photos you upload, (b) your photos contain no nudity or illegal content, (c) you won't impersonate others or use deepfakes, and (d) your information is truthful. We can remove any content that violates these rules.

5. Payment & Refunds

All payments are in Worldcoin cryptocurrency. Sales are final—no refunds except for technical failures at our discretion. If your account is terminated for violating these terms, you lose any unused message credits. You're responsible for blockchain transaction fees.

6. What You Can't Do

You may not: (a) use the service illegally, (b) upload prohibited content (hate speech, violence, nudity, illegal material), (c) harass others or abuse the AI systems, (d) try to hack or reverse engineer the service, (e) use bots or automated systems, (f) circumvent payment systems, (g) impersonate others, or (h) spam or distribute malware. Violations result in account termination without refund.

7. Ownership & Your Content

WenGF owns all service content including AI personas, images, and technology. You own your uploaded photos but grant us a license to use them to provide the service. You can't use AI companion personas commercially or create derivative works from them.

8. Privacy & Your Data

We collect and store your profile information and conversations to personalize your experience. We use third-party AI providers to operate the service. We do NOT use your conversations to train AI models. You can delete your data and account anytime through app settings—deletion is permanent and forfeits unused credits. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Information about crypto, DeFi, or investing from AI companions is NOT financial advice. Cryptocurrency is risky—you can lose everything. Always do your own research and consult professionals before investing.

AI LIMITATIONS: AI companions may provide inaccurate, outdated, or fabricated information. Always verify important information independently.

NOT A SUBSTITUTE: This app is not a replacement for human relationships or professional mental health support.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WenGF is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm including financial losses, investment losses, or emotional distress from using the service. Our total liability to you cannot exceed the amount you paid us in the past 6 months or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime through settings (you lose unused credits). We can terminate your account anytime for violations, illegal activity, or any reason at our discretion. Terminated users forfeit unused credits without refund.

12. Changes to Service & Terms

We can modify, suspend, or discontinue the service anytime. We can update these terms anytime—continued use means you accept changes. We'll try to notify you of major changes but aren't required to.

13. General Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You can't participate in class action lawsuits against us. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains valid. You can't transfer your account. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible—you're responsible for wallet security and transaction fees.
